Description
The standard-compliant preparation and careful care of transmission instruments represents a time and economic challenge in many dental practices. The revolutionary 4-in-1 solution combines the entire instrument preparation process in one device:
1. Cleaning and disinfection
Careclave® ensures cleaning and disinfection of up to 8 transmission instruments, prophylaxis handpieces or ZEG tips in just 16 minutes.
2. Care
Careclave® takes care of the handpieces in the Carebox gently and lightning fast at the same time. With the world’s first ADDcare care station integrated in the device, the important collet care is also carried out directly at the Careclave®.
3. Sterilization (Class B)
Careclave® offers everything you would expect from a modern autoclave with its patented DRYtelligence® and double-jacket technology – and even more: sterilize up to 11 kg of loading on up to 8 trays or in 4 MELAstores® boxes in record time. Thanks to the revolutionary chamber concept, the preparation and maintenance of instruments in the Carebox as well as the simultaneous sterilization of further instruments on short trays in just one cycle is possible.
4. Documentation and release
With ProControl, you can prove error-free instrument preparation quickly, safely and paperless. This is because the documentation and approval take place directly on the display of the Careclave® without any additional software. For complete proof, the processing protocols are stored on the MELAG USB stick or in the practical network.
